Nice vibe on a Saturday night, arrived at 9:30pm and walked straight in. Friendly staff and lots of wines between £6-£13/glass. Outdoor street seating available. Would be nice if the candles were lit!

When someone ask me for a wine bar recommendation, there is only one that is worth going to. Dans wine has a great selection, and even better they have Jaime. Jaime know me better then my mother. But Ruth knows me even better. Thank you Jaime and Ruth

Very cute little wine bar in Dalston. One thing that I absolutely love about this place is that you actually feel like you are visiting your friends and they happen to have a really good selection of very interesting wine. Very vibrant atmosphere and really great dating spot or catching up with friends.

Have been meaning to share this review for weeks! As locals to Dalston, it was strangely our first time at Dan’s, but we now plan to make it a regular spot, mostly because of the gorgeous service we received from Jamie (I hope Jamie is the right name?!). He quickly picked up that we were excited about wine (my partner works in wine and has a restaurant and I enjoy drinking it) and took time to explain the process of service (the anonymity of wines - very cool and fun) and different wines to us. We (probably annoyingly) were asking for different glasses and for him to engage in a bit of a game whereby we guess the wine and he tells us how close we were. He made it so fun for us and really took time to make sure that we were having a good time. With both myself and my partner working in the service industry, we appreciated this a lot and we really respected the level of skill he brought to the experience. It was thoroughly enjoyable because of this, and it really made our night. I could also see that he was engaging with other customers in the same way. This sort of service is truly an asset to any establishment. I don’t write reviews all that often but really needed to write this one. Thank you!

Very cute hip wine bar, tasty snacks, helpful and cool staff. Smart menu with a wonderful and approachable way to order wine by the glass — choose from categories like basic skin contact or turbo chilled red. Staff are more than happy to get into the weeds with more details upon request. We visited twice during our 4 days in London, early on weekend nights, and wasn’t hard to snag a spot.

Exceptional service. Staff (Megan, Ruth and Robin) went out of their way to accommodate our group, from excellent wine recommendations to lovely seats inside. What a lovely relaxed atmosphere for such a buzzing busy spot. 10/10 from our group. We died and went to wine heaven. Thanks x

We came for the concept, but return for the warm atmosphere and impeccable service. Jamie who works there always looks after us. Dans feels more like you’re sipping wine in a friends living room than it does a stuffy wine bar. In a few words: we love this place!

Great little wine bar with friendly, knowledgeable staff. All the wine by the glass that we tried were great and it's a cosy yet vibey atmosphere. We came early Saturday evening and it was busy! The burrata was good but the other food can be missed.

Jamie gave us one of the best experiences we have had in years at a wine bar. His expertise and positivity made this such an enjoyable afternoon and evening. We will definitely be coming back for his enthusiasm and recommendations.

Very chill wine bar to relax in, gets busier and livelier later in the evening. great selection of wines on offer and knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff.Tried several of the natural wines and we enjoyed all of them. Nibbles on offer also so you don't get too drunk on wine!
