Don’t be fooled by “provisionally accepted”. Applied for a loan just to see whether I could, got bombarded with loads of calls. Got hung up on when they saw my credit wasn’t great. Just avoid not worth it

While the staff are very friendly, don’t be fooled by this or the being “provisionally accepted”. I was told to come in to the office to finalise some paperwork which was 40 minutes away, after I have already gave access to my open banking and been questioned about some transactions before, only to be told that they are worried about some of my transactions that I couldn’t provide receipts for and they couldn’t help me, even though I was open and honest about everything i have spent my money on. This is definitely something they could of told me or asked me for over the phone, instead of me wasting my time, money and petrol. Guess I better search elsewhere

Staff very friendly and explained everything.But to sign all the documentation and be told you'd got the loan,then informed the day the money was supposed to go in that you hadn't because they missed something,despite having you documents for 2 weeks,is very poor.Left me in a worse position.

They were very helpful and I am very impressed with them good customer care skills and they will make sure you get the best deal.For me I will recommend anyone with financial problems to try everyday loans.It was just less than a day they helped me to get back to normal.They make me feel better and wonderful team working well trained and they know their job.
