Meraki Massage & Reiki

Wowwww! I’ve just had my first holistic massage and reiki with Amy! It was amazing! From start to finish! I’ve had a lot of stresses recently and I’ve always struggled to relax. I frequently say “I’m trying to find zen”. I definitely found it! I felt so relaxed, that I nodded off a few times! I’ve learnt that self care is so important and visiting Amy is something that I will be adding to my self care routine going forward! I feel like I’m on cloud 9! Amy, I cannot thank you enough!!

I visited Amy today and had 1 hours massage with Reiki. I have had reiki before but today I really felt it. There is something that happens that I can never explain but when it’s over you just feel put back together and you’re back in control of things. Amy sat and gave the best description of what she noticed and what needed some inner work and it’s just that bit of reassurance that you aren’t insane?Amy is very meticulous with her work and everything is so carefully thought out from the aromatherapy she uses, to the crystals she places. She’s spends the time reading you and your energy to know what you need and it’s so personal.Cannot recommend her enough xx

My experience of massage and reiki with Amy at Meraki was out of this world… I left the room feeling like I was on a cloud! If anyone has anxieties, stresses or is just needing some down time from the world, Amy is the person to see! For someone who finds it hard to ever completely switch off, I fell into complete relaxation and my only thought was how recharged I felt. Highly recommend and will 100% be returning in the future :)

Amy doesn’t mechanically rush through treatments - she works mindfully & intuitively around how your body & mind are when they reach her massage table. She makes you feel supported, cared for & totally relaxed ♥️
