Advanced Muscle Therapy

I have been competing in road races (5k to marathon), triathlons (Sprint to Olympic distance) and cycling events for over 20 years. Marvin is by far the best sports massager I have used. I regularly see him to remove muscle tightness and for pre-race massages. His assessment of issues and therapy has saved me a fortune, because it has stopped trips to the physio.

I went to see Marvin as I was training hard for my first iron man and various other triathlons leading up to it. Due to the heavy training load my body was ruined. After a couple of visits to Marvin and receiving his sports massage my muscles were noticeably looser and injuries were kept away. I even went for a pre race massage and got a substantial PB for that race. I would highly recommend him as his skills and knowledge were first class and I will be using him again.

I was in agony with my back. After just 1 session I felt some relief. After several sessions total relief. Marvin knows his stuff! The massage is intense but so worth it. You feel the benefit for ages afterwards.

Marvin is great. I have so many aches and pains and he sorts them out every time. Whilst he is great with the massage he has great tips for you for post treatment and always, always makes time for you. He really does go above and beyond. I can't recommend him enough and he's a must have for all, not just sports people.

Having recently broken my thumb, Marvin helped me in my recovery and with his regaining full mobility. I'm well on the road to recovery after just 4 weeks since the removal of my splint and looking forwards to getting back on the tennis court thanks to Marv.

I suffer with bad hip flexor mobility after years of been greatly over weight. After loosing the weight I found I was really limited in certain ranges of movement. I was recommended AMT but a gym buddy had nothing but praise for Marvin!I'm glad I listened and booked a series of sessions. Though I'm still not perfect from working with Marvin I'm making real improvements with my range of motion and am now able to squat to a reasonable depth with no pain or aching. I really cannot thank Marvin enough for his help and putting up with my complaining during our sessions! It's all worth it though.
