This is the second review I’ve given. I’m not one for giving praise for praise sake, but I was faced with a problem customer. They were in the wrong, we agreed an amicable solution with the help of Victoria and her team. The customer then proceeded to order a card charge back and a second amount of funds were removed from my account. A whirl of letters resulted in the customer contacting their bank to cancel the charge back and the funds back in our account . The stress is taken away by the firm, who deal with the issue from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 5*

I was a Probate-Will beneficiary, thus not the primary client. I found the trainee with whom I dealt to be friendly, and in the main very fast to answer my numerous questions.Their fees are towards the lower end of the scale. And I would consider using the firm for other legal work. I'd recommend them too.

Unfortunately, they don't ring you back. You have to keep ringing them. You get the feeling that they might ring back more quickly if you or your potential case smelt of money.
