i called them to ask where my prescription was as it hadn’t been delivered and it was coming towards two weeks without it. the lady told me i don’t get delivery because i’m not “ housebound or disabled” i explained i was a carer and my shifts don’t allow me to get off work to go pick up a prescription, she said she would be “ breaking the rules” if she gave me delivery. never once did it say i wasn’t allowed delivery as it let me through effortlessly. the app said they were waiting for it to be send off for delivery. she said my prescription had been waiting for me, for two weeks, no phone call or email saying so. extremely disappointed, and extremely unprofessional.

Excellent pharmacy and really friendly, knowledgeable staff.

This Pharmacy came to my saviour as I stopped smoking from a program from them for over 7years now so I have nothing but praise to say for this place long may it continue.

Friendly staff, mostly from the local area.With everything that is going-on, we need our local Pharmacy more than ever and would be totally stuck without them!

I feel that everything you ask for is a chore for them, Its your job drop the attitude .. If i dont get my medication then its not my job to chase the doctors for repeat prescription meds Its yours esp after 2 weeks ....miserable. moody .and dont bother me attitude .. can you guess which 1 im talking about ? or is just my paranoia BECAUSE IM off MY MEDS!!!!

I had a Covid jab today and the service was excellent. I was late for the appointment as it was the first time I was there - and they were friendly and understanding. The nurse there also gave me my flu jab and he made it effortlessly!

A small pharmacy who stock a good variety of products. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Needed some travel vaccinations and couldn’t have chosen a better pharmacy. Service was outstanding, prompt and extremely thorough. Thank you
