The Best treatment my husband & I have ever had after years of suffering back pain & unable to move his neck without hurting he has really felt the benefit of reflexology & massage.We would fully recommend Element of Health.Element of health offers an all round brilliant service,The Podiatrist treatment my husband had was excellent as he is Diabetic & the NHS had stopped regular podiatry treatment it was such a relief to find someone that could help him with the pain he was experiencing walking.

Michelle is amazing! Very skilled and knowledgeable in what she does. I believe she has healing hands’! Michelle has treated me for over 2 years (since I got long Covid) Not only does she treat my physical symptoms, but also has helped me emotionally and spiritually (with her words of wisdom)I also love her sense of humour!Highly recommend her therapeutic treatments!

If you are looking for a good therapist, look no more. Michelle has got great personality and she knows how to deal with all aches and pains. I would definitely recommend her treatments as they really worked for me and I'll be coming back for sure ;)
