I've used Simon and his Team since finding them approximately 5 years ago and won't use anyone else. They have laid carpet and vinyl in a number of rooms, the latest being my kitchen today. Everyone I've met has been friendly, respectful and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and I've been extremely happy with their work. Anne-Marie is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very highly recommended.

Simon Davis Flooring carpeted my stairs and bedrooms in 2018. They were professional, honest, a great price and reliable. They did an amazing job and 4yrs later, I decided to carpet the downstairs of my house. Anne-Marie took the time in the shop to try and find a match to the carpet I already had in my house (turned out it had been discontinued) but this wasn't a problem. Anne-Marie gave me a few choices and I settled on one when Simon came out to measure up.I changed my mind a few times and asked for different quotes but again this wasn't a problem for them and they were quick and professional.I then had to change my fitting day due to family circumstances and Anne-Marie was incredibly understanding and professional and helped to find me another suitable date quickly and efficiently.When the fitters arrived, I decided to leave them to it and disappear out of the way, this wasn't a problem for them, they got the job done extremely quickly and locked my house up on completion.The carpet is fantastic quality and a dream to walk on. It really has turned my house into a home so a huge thank you to everyone at Simon Davis Flooring.I will highly recommend to anyone in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish! The office staff were extremely polite and informative, they answered all our questions that we had. They recarpeted our whole house and we even had them back to lay our kichen floor! The team were all tidy and friendly and cleaned up all the mess once the job was finished!Highly recommend this company!

Would thoroughly recommend.Went to Simon Davis Flooring to help with a refurb of an old property. They were friendly, helpful, and gave the personal touch from the start - and unlike other retailers, at no point did I feel guilty or awkward for saying I was working on a tiny budget (and let’s be honest, not having a clue what I was doing!). In fact, they took it as a personal challenge to try and help me stay well within budget, helped broaden my knowledge (no silly questions!), and got invested in the project constraints with me rather than having to work against them which made it feel so much better than another tix box in the process.Even when the inevitable refurb problems hit, and delays happened, they went above and beyond to change schedules and make things work for me despite the delays not being their fault.There was 1 error with the fitting, but actually it worked out and they’d have been quick to fix it if it hadn’t.Even with that, Simon Davis Flooring had the personal touch all the way through, even though I was by no means they’re biggest order, they made me feel like I was their priority and not just another customer being a pain, and kept me up to date out of hours “just because”.Anne-Marie at the Paulton showroom/office in particular was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She understood everything I needed, championed it all the way through even on the days everything went spectacularly wrong and meant I had to cancel carpet fitting at short notice, she fought my corner to get it sorted without any stress on my part, and even made sure I got some photos over the weekend when I was ill so couldn’t go and see the finished work because she knew I’d want to.You don’t get that family touch approach anywhere else and Anne-Marie single handedly kept me sane and focused on the end goal when it all went wrong.5*, I would (and regularly do!) thoroughly recommend Simon Davis Flooring and would come to them again without hesitation.

Anne-Marie was brilliant at helping choose our flooring and got the estimate (the quote was really competitively priced) over to us really quickly, once we decided what we wanted, a date was booked in for the work to be done.Simon and Tyler have done a fantastic job of fitting Karndean Pale Limed Oak Herringbone floor in my new home office. I am out of area for them so they put in really long hours including travel to get the job completed in one day, but I wouldn't trust anyone else to do such a good or professional job. They worked in a clean, tidy and meticulous manner - I wouldn't use anyone else and neither should you.

Had LVT fitted in our lounge. Delighted with the results. Floor looks great. Everything was completed as promised from quote to preparing the floor and fitting the tiles. Fitter came back at very short notice to make adjustments, even though they were very busy. Great service and a quality job. Would highly recommend.

A small carpet shop but a good range of carpets with a good selection of colours and brands and other types of flooring and artificial grass.The staff was friendly and helpful and showed us pictures of how some looks when down.Unfortunately we couldn't get any samples to bring home and have a proper look and a day or so to get in different lights as they bring them out when measuring which is fine if you know exactly what your looking for wear as we still have really no Idea what we actually want so bringing home samples from other places has been really helpful.Other than that it's worth a visit they have great carpet great service and good prices.
