We used Dey King and Haria for our recent house move based on recommendation and were extremely pleased with the service we received. Becky became our first point of contact after accepting an offer within 48 hours of going on the market and she was so supportive, caring and helpful and always easy to get hold of. The process of buying a house can be very stressful but it was certainly eased by the professional service we received. I’ve had an incredibly wonderful experience with Dey King and Haria Estate Agents. Samantha was my first point of contact and the one who showed me my future property. I was amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable she was on the day of the viewing. Rebecca, the sales coordinator, was then making sure the sale was going through as smoothly as it was possible. She’d always reply in minutes, called me when it was urgent, and just overall was incredibly nice, professional and supportive. I couldn’t have had a better experience and if I will be buying a property again in the future, this is the first agency I will be looking into for absolute sure! Cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough! Was nervous letting out my flat eight years ago but from the first visit Ketz put me at my ease and has done an absolutely sterling job for me throughout!! Super organised , respectful of my needs, brilliant at finding responsible tenants and fantastic service for managing anything that needed doing in terms of repairs, maintenance etc. everyone is very polite and Ketz and Ryan were superb. Ketz is knowledgeable, excellent at his job and so efficient you will never need to go anywhere else. A superb service and I could not be happier!! Five star recommendation from me - would never use anyone else!

Please avoid renting with them at all costs!You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non-existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!

I’m not giving this review as a client. This review is from an agent not a competitor. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rebecca on a related sale. I can only say if I was a client I would want Rebecca looking after me. I found her to very much on the ball at all times, great communication and very motivated. I wish all the best in her career.
