Brilliant! We tried this shop because of its good reviews and found that it thoroughly deserved them. Normally as someone in their 70s I find I get patronised by the young people in the mobile phone shops but this lady went to a great deal of trouble to explain things I have never understood. She understood exactly what type of phone we wanted and recommended one which fitted it the bill then explained how it worked. Great service like this is very hard to find.

What can I say about Fonehouse,My family have been coming here for years to get help for there phone's. Fonehouse it's about the customer and what there needs are and what is the wright phone for that person. I find Fonehouse to be the best place to go for what I need and I would give more stars if I could.

Excellent service, kind, knowledgeable experienced lady, helped me out with my daughter's phone. Their price on phone covers screen protectors are amaizing, cheap and of very good quality. I m so glad to have found such a shop near me. I would definitely recommend it.

Just had a quick chat about changing networks from giffgaff to Vodafone.The owner or who talked with me was super friendly and even gave me a freebie SIM card which was very nice.Customer service was excellent and I recommend coming in here if you need to take care of any phone matters.
