Visited Rybrook Land Rover, Huddersfield recently and dealt with Holly and Tim. Their knowledge and professionalism were brilliant, they listened to all my needs and found a problem in my car. I'm really happy with the whole experience, updates were provided throughout the day on the car's progress, nice new and clean courtesy car was provided whilst mine was in the workshop. The whole process was lovely the staff couldn't do enough for me and Brody (my Dog) to make your stay enjoyable. Great people and Great engineers.I will be going nowhere else from now on thanks.I have recommended them to many of my colleagues, family and friends who are Land Rover customers.Thank you.

What a brilliant dealership. Communication is excellent and sales executive Tom was really ‘on the ball!’ Nothing is too much trouble and he went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. David who delivered the car also gave an excellent service. Highly recommended.

Long story, but the short version is that I went to 3 Jaguar dealerships to get this Update on my car. First told me it will ruin my car, the second wanted £750 for the update, the third £450 just for these guys to do it for half the price, no hassle no scaremongering. Everything went as smooth as it could. It's a shame they are a bit too far from me (3 hours drive) but I would definitely recommend them. JLR dealers get a bad rep and most for good reasons, but as far as I'm concerned these guys did a great job.

Amazing dealing with Ben Fonquernie-Fisher. Ask for him when buying a Range Rover or Jaguar. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable 5* sales exec. We will definitely be back because of the service we received.

Not taking bookings into their service department, until 3 months in advance of the telephone call. To me it seems that if you have not purchased your vehicle from them, they are not interested in your custom. I purchased an approved used vehicle from another dealer group which is some distance away from where I am based, Huddersfield would have been the practical choice for me, perhaps a place where I might have purchased my next vehicle, had they attained my custom via the service department. Think I’ll have to stick to Hatfields, despite a 120 mile round trip was seen within 2 weeks with a courtesy car.

APPALLING SERVICEMy relative has been chasing the Service Department everyday for the past five days since having her Range Rover Evoque towed in after a breakdown. She has now been told that it would be another two weeks before a technician can diagnose the problem and this is apparently normal! Not what she was expecting after purchasing the car from them ……….. let’s see how she gets on when she speaks to the manager tomorrow.

1,600 miles after a mini service, the ad blu warning came on, something that was supposed to be topped up. After contacting the dealer, whilst they offered a top up, they saw fit to tell me my driving style was to blame - something that hasn’t change in 18,000 miles, rather than admit it was missed. This is the second time I feel they have fobbed me off in as many visits…. I personally have no confidence in their abilities and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in future.

Took a £500 desposit on the phone after verbally negotiating a price then call put on hold as manager told sales person the car had been sold to someone else. Nothing in writting. Seems like these dealers are not very honerable. So buyer be ware with dealing with this dealership if they will not authorise a sales person to do a deal and they will just gazump a customer.Not even sure if they have taken the £500 as well so have to keep checking.
