Wednesday 22nd November, I have this morning from 8am till 8-6am got the message that the surgery is closed. At 6 minutes past 8am after 4 calls it was eventually answered, I am now in a queue to be called back to presumably to be told there are no more appointments left today and to call back tomorrow. I await my call back.

Got an appointment for the new hall surgery. When I was seen by the doctor and explained I was coughing up blood I realised she hadn't read my notes because she didn't realise I have had major heart surgery then said she couldn't read all the notes because she only had 10 minutes

Need to improve phone service, when calling the surgery it says we have reached 100 callers and cuts off, you really need to manage people answering phones it is impossible to get through!How ever once and if you manage to get through staff are friendly helpful and doctors are also really nice and helpful

Absolutely atrocious service.Can't get through on the phone; can't get through on the app. Interesting looking through one's notes on the app though, and seeing just how terrible the doctors here are at accurately recording patient symptoms. They also seem to have trouble calling patients on the telephone number the patient has provided.Some individual doctors are excellent, but chances of actually seeing one of them are slim to nil.EDIT: The Alexandra Road surgery has excellent receptionists who'll sort you right out in person. It's just the phone systems and the app (and some of the doctors) who are atrocious.

Difficult to get through due to the sheer amount of patients ringing but in my opinion that because people abuse the nhs and go to the doctor for an itch these days so not really something you can blame the surgery for. But I can’t fault any of the staff, be that receptionists or doctors to nurses. We’ve always been seen when genuinely needed and for less urgent things that I don’t need a face to face appointment for the staff are responsive with messages and prescription requests.

A very nice new facility.Good bus routes and car parking.This is the third attempt to get a good accessable health facility in this area, Seems to be worth the wait.Odd layout inside and strange alignment of automatic doors to and from the carpark.This place as with other places lives to display patient names on screens am sure there must be a better way.But all in all a good facility with huge potential.

A total joke. You have to sit through 90 seconds to hear an automatic voice say sorry you are more than a 100 in the q and they hang up on u. When you do get through to them about 4pm usually you are told there are no appointments left. All I want is my anxiety tablets to be reordered but I need an appointment to have that happen but I can't get one. Go figure.

1.5 hrs on hold to be told I cannot make an appointment for a day in the future.This used to be possible and None of the hundreds of messages in the 1.5hr inform you that this is not possible. Absolutely, terribly annoying and very poor customer service.

I’m not a regular visitor to the Drs but I have to say my experience this week has been outstanding. From the initial online enquiry to an appointment 2 days later. Everything has been positive. A great reception team. My initial examination was with two APs who were professional and engaging. The Dr consultation was clear, thorough and informative. Blood test (which deserves a special mention for just how reassuring and pain free it was) was arranged for the next day. All in all this felt like a practise going the extra mile for their patients. Well done and thank you Team Calvert!

I think this is a forward thinking and modern GP practice with excellent staff and brilliant Doctors. I can't recommend it enough
