DO NOT USE unless you want to be over charged and ripped off. If I could leave zero stars I would. Daughter’s car was taken here after a breakdown, the breakdown company said they would take the car to their own garage as they would look after her and sort her car the following day. (We have since discovered that the breakdown paperwork states it went to a DIFFERENT garage - make of that what you will). They didn’t look at the car the following day and then quoted DOUBLE for the work, £400 for work that was quoted £200 at a main dealer (SEE UPDATE BELOW we have since discovered we didn’t need all the work anyway) We made the decision to take the car to get mended elsewhere and they then totally refused to give her the key until we paid £54, the charge for them to look it over, even though the breakdown company had already diagnosed the problem!! Additionally at no point was any of this authorised by my daughter. They then said they would charge her storage if the car wasn’t moved!! They have totally and utterly taken advantage of a young student in a vulnerable situation and I am disgusted beyond words. We are reporting the matter to Trading Standards.UPDATE- we have now had the work carried out at local dealer at a cost of £81, compared with £407 being quoted at this ‘garage’. What an absolute bunch of lying cowboys, you should be ashamed to trade.

Mark collected me this morning when I had a flat tyre. Miles from home I was pretty stressed about it all but he was calm and got my car on the back of the truck straight away and advised me what to ask the tyre centre to try and get it sorted quicker. A great help. Fantastic service.

Towed our daughter's car away after being contacted through Green Flag. Said the shock absorbers had gone and quoted £370. We contacted another garage who said they would charge £160. Richford then took her car to a holding depot in Leicester as became very awkward after we said we were taking it somewhere else. It wasn't the shock absorbers, only a bracket and cost £80. Disgraceful behaviour

This company were asked via the AA to attend my break down. They took over four hours to attend my vehicle, and I had to contact them twice in order to find out where they were because they were taking so long. Bear in mind, the weather was not adverse. The first call, and I was told that we were the next job, the second call I was told that there were several people in front of us, so we would need to wait at least another hour if not more.When the aggressive idiot attended, he did not speak whatsoever. In fact, his manner was incredibly intimidating as well as rude. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

Had my car MOT 3 weeks ago paid on the day was told the invoice and MOT report would be sent to me. I have called them 7 times and been told every time it would be sent to me that day diabolical service would never recommend taking a vehicle to them. Also had my car 2 days cost me nearly £200 to be told they couldnt find the fault!!! However they came out to me through green flag breakdown and the service was excellent.

Unprofessional company!! No consideration for the wellbeing of customers, Sat in a car park for 16 hours total time, 100 miles from home / 2 hours drive.Spent 14 hours waiting for recovery after RAC outsourced to Richford, about 10 chases for failed ETA in all, every time a different excuse and another lie of he will be with you in the next hour".Driver eventually turned up whinging and swearing about having to drive a 3-hour round trip like I wasn't there

Came out through Green Flag recovery. My rear wheel car got stuck in the mud on a cold December afternoon. Jason arrived 30 minutes after I called Green Flag and got the car back on the road swiftly. Friendly, professional and efficient service. Thanks.

Worst experience ever, was waiting for recovery for 7.5 hours... and when they recovered car to the garage it was damaged underneath and all oil leaked from the car...

This shower of a company do the roadside assistance for Britannia. If you are told by Britannia that this company are going to assist you; then please run a mile. I waited at home for 6 hours and then they never turned up at all when I complained to Britannia.

Should be awarded the title of worse recovery company in the UK. How could you leave us stranded on the M1 for 4 hours on the hottest day ever.When I called Green Flag (after 3 hours) to find out where you where, I was told I was wrong - and you must have already arrived because your status was showing as on scene on their screen?I told them you must be invisible, or you obviously lied about your whereabouts to make your performance look good.Your driver did arrive 4 hours and 10 minutes after my first call to Green Flag. Disgusted with your poor service!
