My HP laptop, which is only about 4 years old refused to boot up and displayed a rather ominous message stating it had an inaccessible boot device. The laptop attempted to repair itself but failed to do so. A quick Google search discovered Chris with many good reviews who thankfully operated 5 minutes from my house. I telephoned him, discussed the problem and he suggested that the hard drive was u/s. I dropped it off that afternoon and after advising him of necessary passwords etc left the machine with him. He also quoted a price to replace the hard drive. I was delighted to get my laptop back after 6 days with a brand new Samsung hard drive and an upgrade to Windows 11.Chris is an extremely knowledgeable computer expert who has the ability to explain problems in simple language that is easily understood. The repair also cost £30 less than the estimate and now I have my laptop back which seems to be working better than it has ever done! I would highly recommend Chris for any computer repairs and advice. Thanks very much Chris.

I was about to set off on holiday to Greece, for as long as post-Brexit Schengen Rules allow, when my laptop abruptly crashed. Remembering Chris from when I first used his expertise over ten years ago, he remembered me and his services, professionalism and advice were as good as ever. The machine was fixed in the short time Chris had before I left and, needless to say, it is now doing what it was designed to do, with no further dysfunctional ideas of its own.

Chris sorted my desktop a few years ago and sorted it again after it virtually packed in. I had visions of having to buy a new desktop but he diagnosed a duff hard drive and fitted a replacement at a reasonable price. Recommended
