New to the area and after several unsatisfying car dealerships I found Infinity motors. Sohib was a pleasure to work with. I never felt rushed and felt very welcomed. He has a wealth of knowledge of his business. His vehicles are very well maintained and show like new cars. He has something for everyone's budget. I had a pretty good idea of make/model/age of car I wanted and found one online at Infinity without visiting the showroom. I dealt with Paul on the phone and had the car delivered. All very easy, car was as described, valeted to high standard, delivered as arranged. Second key didn't work but Paul proactively arranged reprogramming at no cost to me, so fair enough.

I recently came across this dealership due to my situation of moving to Swindon. In addition, I was searching for my ideal first car and what better place could I have come across than Infinity Motors! From the moment I entered, I was immediately attended to and made comfortable by Sohaib and Harris (what amazing people). Infinity Motors really do set the standards in everything they do and I can say confidently that they are the best dealership I have been to. One of the things that set them apart is how they treat their customers - the saying “treat people how you would like to be treated” is really felt here. You are treated as if you’re their family. I felt no rush in searching for the ideal car I wanted and I had enough space of mind to think which is the difference between Infinity motors and other dealerships. I was even offered refreshments by Harris in the meanwhile! At the end I was very pleased with the car I left with, perfectly in line with my budget and the condition was splendid. I can definitely say that my first car is going to be one to remember.
