Had a great Rowers breakfast with unlimited coffee or tea. First coffee was lovely but subsequent coffees were a little weak. The breakfast was lovely. The service was great and a nice clean loo which is always a bonus.

Lovely service here, super friendly and a nice respite from the hot weather in Cambridge. The afternoon tea set was so generous (love the scones and clotted cream/jam!), giant cakes and delicious sandwiches (tuna, sundried tomatoes & cheese, egg mayo, salmon). We took away half of it for dinner as we could not finish it.

We had an amazing tea time together with my friend. We had the homemade scone, it’s very tasty. Pls try when you come around Cambridge.

A cute little spot tucked between shops with a lovely staff of students(?). We ordered the chicken salad sandwich hoping for maybe a nice blend of curry and spices mixed with chicken. Upon inspection when our food arrived we discovered chicken… on a bed of lettuce or “salad” … on bread. We definitely had a good laugh at our mistake which was of course ours for not asking when ordering. The combination itself would not be terrible except the chicken was dry and flavorless, there was no spread on the bread or sauce on the lettuce. As much as we tried to “doctor” the sandwich with packages of condiments it really wasn’t very good. I’m sure there are other things on the menu that are delicious so please do give them a try!

Cambridge is a lovely place and memories made sweeter by the Afternoon Tea for 2 at Le Patissier! The portion was huge and we had to take home some. I had it for breakfast the next morning and it was as good as ever. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were helpful and polite.

Awful experience, met by a very harassed looking waitress who was just rude from the get go. Food left around on tables had wasps all over it. Eventually it was picked up by someone who put some of it on some random steps near to where we were sat! After 15 minutes, a complaint from 1 or w people and several people moving away from the table of wasps I went and asked for a refund, only for the waitress to be completely rude about it. Terrible, I wouldn't recommend at all.

Overpriced tourist trap! Went on a fairly quiet Monday and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 smoothies (staff didnt seem to know which orders were made or who had been served), which when they came weren't worth the expensive price - they were clearly just whizzed up frozen fruit mix with next to no taste. The courtyard is lovely to sit in, but the cafe just feels like a rundown and expensive tourist trap.
