I thought I would try them. Went to have a pedicure booked in for 10am and the lady that was doing it was late 15 mins. Wasn't a great atmosphere, spent half hour trying to file my gel nails with a nail file. Bought my own colour with me and wasn't offered if I wanted another colour I dunno maybe I should have asked. Had normal colour then finally we finished it smudge asked the other lady if she could redo the big nail and she just painted that section and it clumped. I suppose for 12 quid that's what your going to get. Then had to sit their for ages waiting for them to dry. Nothing to help them dry no nail dryer things. Just 're done them at home. Not happy

Had a beautiful set of lashes done by the lovely Mia! Lash infill and I’m in love with them they are perfect ❤️

By far the best nail shop in eltham!! The girls all work so hard to make your experience the best and are so so polite! I recently moved to Brighton for uni and now come home every time I want my nails done as they are simply the best! Never a dull moment with Gemma, Sam and Mia they make you feel so so welcome❤️

Been going to this salon since Gemma was in her school uniform, and I’ve always been satisfied with the service given.I’m giving only 1 star , not because they aren’t good at what they do (that’s why I’ve been a customer for TEN YEARS), but because lately, for reasons unknown to myself , they do not seem to want my custom!I’ve tried several times to call for an appointment, but each time I say my name I am given a lame excuse (“I’m just dealing with another customer , could you give us a call back?) as to why they cannot book me an appointment.I do not understand this, because surely this can’t be the case Everytime??Anyway, I’m not going to keep trying, they obviously didn’t value my custom, so I won’t be calling back.Such a shame as it is a well structured service.

I have been going to Terrissince she first opened years ago, always a friendly atmosphere, it's recently been refurbishedso if you want pampering Terri's is the place to go, I can't complement it enough !!

Gemma is a brilliant nail technician. Very fast & great free hand art work.

Went in today to get my nails done by Gemma & when I was finished I felt like I’ve made life long friends. Every employee is just so so lovely & welcoming. They are all very professional. Highly recommend!

Had my nails and eye lashes done by a lovely lady called Mia- absolutely loved what she has done- great atmosphere and will definitely be going back

Went today to have a pedicure.didnt book an appointment just walked in even though they was busy Mia squeezed me in took her time and did a fantastic job .will be asking for Mia from now on :) even took off my gel so quickly with a file was so polite and made sure I was happy before leaving .lovely girl .
