I recently faced a heating system crisis and wasn't sure if it was functioning properly. G&K swiftly responded by sending James, their experienced engineer, who impressively resolved the issue in just 15-20 minutes. What really impressed me was the exceptional customer service; the lady who arranged the visit was incredibly friendly and helpful. As for James, his expertise and enthusiasm were evident. With 27 years in the field, his passion and knowledge were clear from the moment he arrived. His high regard for the company's owner further reflected the positive work environment and company culture. Highly recommended.

Louie from G&K visited this morning as the hot water hasn't been working in our bath. He was incredibly friendly and kept me updated on what was wrong throughout the day as the problem was more difficult than first anticipated. Despite the job taking all day instead of the expected couple of hours he was positive, professional and ensured that everything was working before leaving. Thank you! :)

We are very pleased with the work G&K Heating carried out. We recently moved into a big old house where hot water was low pressure and took minutes to get up to temperature at kitchen sink. An engineer came around and discussed various options with us for our budget. Using existing boiler they fitted a new pressurised tank, now we much better pressure in the shower and hot water comes through really quickly. Dan the engineer was polite and tidy.Very happy with the results.

We’ve had our boiler serviced twice and both times the engineer arrived on time and completed the task with minimal disruption and fuss. Also, gave useful advice about adding a loft extension to the system.The first service required no follow up work but the second time did and this was booked in and completed not long after.Always really pleasant to deal with too. Highly recommend.

G and K Heating were recommended by a friend . I am an elderly person with a disability and need several amendments to my bathroom . In the course of planning for this ,we realised that I would need a new boiler . G and K cannot be faulted ! Boiler replacement was quickly arranged (competitively priced ) and carried out within weeks . James was very efficient and an absolute pleasure to have in the house . Everyone I havedealt with ,whether on phone or in person has been ‘lovely ‘ . An excellent company.

We had a very positive experience during a very stressful time with G&K.The moment we called we were met with very pleasant people, we got an appointment through very quickly and the engineer, Jack, was on time, very polite and considerate and did a great job. The invoice and report were sent through almost straight away (as they knew it was time sensitive) and had no issues with communication and were very kind and understanding. I would recommend these guys and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
