Absolutely recommend! Superb instruction from an experienced Iyengar teacher who expertly ensures that all within the class are challenged and supported appropriately. A lovely well equipped studio and a fantastic atmosphere in class.

Excellent teaching from very experienced and knowledgeable Iyengar instructor, based on individual capabilities. Good balance of support, challenge and humour with clear explanations and demonstrations of the asanas (poses) and their physical and mental health benefits. Have been attending for over 5 years and would highly recommend.

Excellent studio facilities, equipment and guidance from a very experienced, professional and caring Iyengar instructor. Attending weekly sessions over the last 4 years has completely changed my life - both physically and mentally. I cannot recommend enough. As a middle-aged person, things were starting to stiffen up - my physical issues have been minimised and my awareness of my movement and my 'being' have never been better. 5 stars are insufficient!

Thomas at Yoga One is an excellent Iyengar yoga teacher. In my experience his lessons are a consistently high standard with a variety of levels to suit everyone. Thomas is professional and non-judgemental but at the same time engaging. His attention to detail, knowledge and experience and excellent communication allow you to work deeply and safely in your yoga postures.Iyengar yoga works through bringing a high level of attention to fine details and actions in yoga postures, builds strength and alignment, and has the effect of releasing tension in the mind and body, allowing for a deep relaxation at the end of the class. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and can highly recommend his classes.

Restorative, inspiring... I suffered for years with back pain (a genetic abnormality, made worse by pregnancy & labour) and tried yoga classes before, but under the excellent guidance of Thomas & his team at Yoga One, it's no longer a problem! The classes have also been wonderfully calming in these crazy times!
