absolutely lovely place, our server was delightful, I didn't catch her name sadly but she complimented my necklace and was super sweet :) the atmosphere was lovely, prices were great and the painting was fun! I loved the iced coffees I had, and the cake! absolutely will go again

Held my daughter 8th Birthday here and the staff were amazing, went above and beyond to look after us. Birthday girl and all the children really enjoyed the slime making party.

We arrived late (due to school holiday roadworks) to be greeted by a young girl who was pleasant. Only then to be welcomed by the most abrupt, passive aggressive attitude ever. Our time was limited and having painted before, including at coffee and clay, we wanted to get on and enjoy our time with the kids. The lady, now known to be the owner, decided to carry on talking, was rude to the other adult in our party, in a tone and approach unwelcoming in front of children. We decided to leave. I recommended this place following a really positive previous experience (where the owner was not present). The owner shouldn't be front of house and should let her staff get on with it. Overall RUDE, UNWELCOMING, ATTITUDE within the first 5 mins. We went on to paint and create who were completely the opposite.

We painted mugs as part of a team building day and it was a lovely experience. There were plenty of pottery items to choose from to paint and it was good value for money. They also do hot drinks and cakes to purchase and enjoy while you paint. I'd recommend it for both kids and adults.

We loved it here, wish we'd have come sooner! We will certainly be back, relaxing and lovely atmosphere.

A fun place for family and friend hanging out. You pay for the plain pottery and do the painting, the fee includes getting it ready for collection. Lots of drinks and light bites are available. Really enjoyed there!

Our first time pottery painting, the shop itself was beautiful, Meg couldn’t have done more for us, explained the process to us and made sure we had enough to drink. She was so lovely, what an asset to your team. We will be returning :)

Great informative experience. Staff were delightful and encouraging. Very helpful when called beforehand and asked about parking too. Shop was bright and clean, and tables were disinfected between customers.Parking is free outside the shop on the single yellow lines on weekend's and there is a pay and display carpark just 1-2 minute walk away at the train station on the same road.Quick edit - everything was explained from picking the pottery to picking up 10 days later. There are notices on their websites stating pick up and what happens if no contact has been made. Very clear notices throughout and would recommend taking time to read and adjusting travel arrangements before booking.

My fiancé and I had a voucher brought for us as we collect funky mugs a friend thought we should make our own. We had so much fun!! Staff are amazing and helped so much. A couple of our colours had run out and staff couldn’t be more helpful grabbing them from elsewhere or finding alternative colours. Milkshakes are also amazing! Can’t wait to pick up the final products!

Amazing place, full of friendly and creative people (both staff and visitors). We felt so welcome, and had such a fantastic time painting pottery. The food was good, lived the little table treats, and the hot chocolate was delicious. Can't wait for out next visit!
