Clothes For Charity

When I first started using them three years ago, I thought they were very good. But now not so good. I picked my charity I wanted the clothes to go too and was waiting for them to send the bag in the post. I'm still waiting. I done this two more times now and still nothing in the post. I emailed them twice and they haven't replied. Only a week ago I received and email from them saying that my collection day is coming to its expiry. Bloody JOKE!!

Terrible service. Booked and re-booked collection 3 times but no one showed up. How do they expect to get donations this way? Give your unwanted clothes to some other organisation that is worth it!

Booked twice and nothing happened. Sent message twice nobody bothers to answer. Better find elsewhere to donate!

No one collected clothes, messaged company, no response,bags of clothes stacked & waiting!

Efficient service and easy to navigate web portal. I liked how the courier came straight to our door and we didn't have to leave on the street.Also I liked the large amount of charities to choose from.Cons: Still quite a large window for when the pick up came (5 hour block) and the confirmation receipt only including a weight amount and not a £ equivalent.. for US tax deductions.
