I'm so grateful for the careful way you worked with the structural engineer, buildings control and the planning authorities to make the process as smooth as possible.

Paul and his team did a tremendous job on helping us plan our extension. We got approval first time round for our planned works. We met a few Architects beforehand who were hesitant about whether we would get approval - Paul was the only one who gave us comfort that approval wouldn’t be a problem. His building regulation drawings are also more detailed than normal - our builder commented on how it’s just made the building process so much smoother given the details provided in the drawings. Paul also helped us generate a few ideas for our extension by inviting us to view his extension at his own house. He really went above and beyond to help us and dealt with some of our party wall matters as well. I would 100% recommend him as the architect to go to!
