Boujee Bus

Booked for my friends birthday. Didn't get the services advertised at all! Emailed to advise with no response.-The driver was an hour and a half late-This meant we lost our tables booked at our end destination-We were only on the bus for an hour instead of two hours (they claim and hour and a half but wont provide tracking details to prove so!)-There was no complimentary Prosecco as advertised - we were given money to go and get this ourselves rather than having on arrival-Karaoke microphone didn't work! )Still charged us £400 - only taking £100 off!!Called them to chase a response, then spoke to a rude lady over the phone (wouldn't advise her name) - Avoid this company, absolutely awful service and a rip off!

Hen Party Surprise…Booked this as a surprise for sister's hen party. Our driver Ben was amazing! The team behind emails and enquiries also aim to reply asap! We loved the Boujee Bus. Hen Party left a bit tipsy but happy!

Failed to turn up for our son’s school graduation.They gave us no warnings but lots of excuses.Way to ruin a child’s special moment.Very disappointing.

Please please please. DO NOT use this company. They failed to turn up for my partner's hen. Rang and gave an excuse. A very poor 1 at that. Ruined her day. I repeat. Do not take a chance with this Joke of a company
