I am due to have a baby in two weeks time, ordered my car 5 months ago and put a deposit down after passing the credit checks. I waited 5 months for the new car to arrive to hear last week my credit hadn't passed and I am no longer able to collect my car and I still haven't recieved my deposit back.Managed to now source a new car with a different dealership with NO issues passing credit. Drove away within 24 hours. Seems fishy to be told your credit has passed, order a car and then be told it hasn't...Update would be much appreciated, email sent today asking for an update.

Just bought a Hyundai Tucson due to having my previous Hyundai i30 Sport for 9 years which never let me down and I have to say that the customer service we received from Gary Roche at Murley Hyundai in Warwick was exceptional from first enquiry to collection. Can’t speak highly enough of the customer service and quality of the vehicles.

Very friendly sale staff, easy to deal with, weren't too pressurising yet were clearly interested in doing business. Great experience, and loving driving the new Ioniq :)

I recently bought car from here. Wonderfully helpful sales team and made the process very easy. Would happily go back to them for future cars.I have since had to go back to them for repairs and I was very impressed with the level of service, they not only fixed the issue but also fixed a light that was out and pumped up the tyres for me as one was a little low. Didn't ask them to do this but they sorted it all without issue!

My recent post on Google guide, which I hope helps in some way and is a good recommendation of the service I have received.I have just had my first official service carried out by Murley Hyundai in Nelson Lane Warwick and yet again I can not fault their work or friendly service, most impressed yet again.Very friendly Staff who keep you updated at all times, smart and pleasant showroom, with a seating area and drinks machine whilst waiting.In the waiting area there is a TV and a monitor displaying the progress on each car being worked on by the service centre.I would highly recommend. Just wanted to say that being an owner since February of the 2020 Ionic 38kw, and if you live in or near Warwick, then Murley Hyundai in Nelson Lane are a fantastic Service centre to use.I recently had the coolant flush, map update and under warranty repair carried out by this company and I am over the moon with their customer service.In today's profit orientated world, it is so pleasing to find a company that still give a truly amazing level of service, especially for a main dealer. I can recommend their service centre to anyone who is within travelling distance, having owned many different cars, they have provided the level of customer support, that I have not experienced before.A friendly and courteous reception team, along with helpful workshop staff, ready to explain anything if required, and requested, my service being booked on a day and time that was convenient for myself.I cannot fault them in any way, and in today's era of profit over service, it is so good to find a company with such good honest values as this one.I hope this might be of help to anyone in the area that might be looking for a competent and friendly service centre. I’ve used them Murley Hyundai for the last 2 years and they have been efficient and polite throughout. The scheduled service costs also seem reasonable too.
