Always prompt efficient service. They try to repair with economy in mind and don't give quotes until they have investigated if the work is unknown before they investigate the problem by opening up the casing for repairs such as hinges.

Terrible. Took in a laptop to be repaired. It took weeks and was returned in a worse state than it was given in. Took it for independent repairs (as I would not trust them again) and found the keyboard sat on a piece of cardboard and glue used instead of proper fastenings. Rang up to complain; they refused a refund. Refused to give me the details of the supplier who was supposed to have done this work. Avoid.

They stole my laptop and £85 for the repair. Dishonest, unreliable, just thieves. Avoid like fire!

I have had a very good experience in this shop. Screens was fixed on the same day. Just a 30 minutes wait, very reasonable prices. And the honesty of the gentleman in the shop. Thumbs up from me. Very satisfied customer. Many thanks
