Ordered food for take away, waited inside the restaurant with the token, the lady handed over my order to someone else without even checking the token. Waited there for almost an hour to get my order. It's unacceptable behaviour from the staff. You print tokens for a purpose and if your staffs don't even know that basics whats the service as a customer I should expect from you guys?When asked about this to the lady, she replied, I called out takeaway" some lady showed up and collected. Then I asked her did you check the token or ask for the token number

I am a regular customer of pepes erdington. But recently, 2-3 orders of mine were not right. Once I ordered on pepes app for delivery and the delivery came after 4 hours. I complained to head office. Then next time I spent £24 on a delivery order and all of the chicken was so dry, although I called and they sent food again, I appreciate. Today again I just received my food and the chicken was so dry in the burger and there was no salad in it. Chicken was so hard to bite. But this time I didn’t complain as I am leaving this review.

Only giving one star because can't give no stars.Food never arrived. After calling several times they promised to send another order. This also never arrived. After more calls they promised to walk over with the order but that didn't happen either why use the uber food app when you use your own drivers who clearly do not know the Erdington area?Would not recommend

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH.Ordered via Uber eats, sauce spilt all inside bag and chicken was dry. Called up to complain and manager advised they would send a replacement within an hour...1h and 10 min later nothing arrived. Called to follow up and they informed me that they hadn't even made the order and would get it to me within 15 min. Another 1h passes by and finally I received my replacement 2h after my complaint. Use a different Pepe's branch.

Extremely slow service, staff should be attending customers not talking to each other while doing nothing. My food was served cold, not sure how they managed to do it because it was just 2 customers in the shop. If the food was made fresh then most likely they have forgotten about me.

The female assistant zhakia at the till was very helpful.She made sure the order was to my expectation and the way i like it. Nicely well done and tasty.Her service was great. Great customer service skills. Really turned my experience to a great one. She went over and above to ensure I recieved great serviceThank you, zhakia.Ps I have had negative experience here before. You need more staff like her.

Thanks to sadia for customer service she was very nice and helpful with my order, great customer communication skills, the food itself wasn’t all that, sauces are sour tasting and salad in burger seems old. I’d go here again if I was really hungry and no other options nearby.

The worst place to order food. Very rough vibe and environment as you walk in and it is a put off after finding chicken strips and fries lying on floor in the kitchen. Staff walking over food on the floor and are not bothered to clean up the floor. Burger bun was off too and was breaking like outdated bread. Staff are not welcoming either. No hello no bye.
