Vape world

I'm not sure if the young lad who works there owns the place or just works there but he's always in there whenever I nip in. Genuinely the most attentive and caring service I've ever had in a vape/any store. Talks you through vape, coils, and liquids and gives solid recommendations. A cracking range and genuine advice, if I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. I'm a vaping amateur and I'm never made to feel stupid, I'm always provided with thorough explanations and leave happy. Rare to come across such good service these days. The shop should be very proud of what they're doing.

Not professional. They would not change or refund a faulty item. Went to their Hanley shop 3 times for the same problem. Cost me £7 for parking and half a day. Wont use them again. The way they are trading is against the terms and conditions of the trading standards. That I am intending to send an email to Trading Standards about this shop. I have managed to get the amount I spent in their shop from my bank...! If you are selling a new item, it carries a 12 months warranty by law. There are no ifs and buts about it. Not sure the brands they are selling genuine.

Shoutout to Callum in the shop who couldn't have been any more patient, helpful and informative with Me. I purchased a bunch of pods from the shop, so I might not be back for a while but hopefully when I am back I'm served by Callum! 10/10 Customer Service mate - Thanks for your help once again!!!
