Excellent - this is my 2nd time getting a car from Oldham Nissan. The staff are so friendly and helpful and kept me updated when my car was ready to collect. The day of picking up my new car Paul in sales went through everything with me of all the new changes on the latest model, which I really appreciated. Went to purchase used Micr, although we wanted to pay cash, salesman was insistent on trying to get us into debt with a PCP. I asked several times what the APR was, it almost becoming a stand-up argument before he eventually provided the APR. Never experienced such strange customer service. Made complaint to dealership at the time.

I paid for test drive which took a week to do then did a test drive in a car was with wet seat, well worn out and dirty in side valued at £16.000. I informed them immediately that was not interested. It took them 2 and an half weeks to refund my deposit after chasing it several times. Very poor customer service.

Really friendly staff and knowledgeable just was a bit shocked as was told on more than one occasion that my car would be taxed for me, found out later it hadn’t been taxed and it cost me £180 to tax it after spending £17,818 in cashStaff really friendly and lovely

Great service received from Mo. He was really helpful and friendly and didn't pressure us into buying a new car. He gave us the facts and figures and time to think about our decision. He kept in touch with us whilst waiting for delivery of the car and answered any questions we had in the interim. We picked up our car on Saturday and Mo went through the main controls, etc with us. Would highly recommend Nissan Oldham to my friends and family. Thanks for all your help Mo.

Collected my New Vehicle on Monday 13 November and cannot complain about the care and consideration i was shown throughout the whole process of ordering through to collection of my new vehicle. This is the second new car I have purchased from them I would not hesitate in recomending them to anybody.Both sales and sevice teams are equally recommendable and eager to please their customers.

Nice staff, quality cars, at fair prices. Mohammed was my sales person. Highly recommended. Doesn't pressure you and will give you a fair,overall deal. I'd definitely buy from him and the Oldham Nissan showroom again. Very pleased with my purchase.

What a lovely experience. We went to several show rooms before seeing a car we liked here and the service was superb. A personal thank you to John who is a top professional and a great bloke.
