Excellent service!! From our initial consultation with Ian we could tell that he knew exactly what we were looking for and was very informative/knowledgeable which instantly put us at ease. Communication throughout the project was great and the fitting of our windows & doors was carried out seamlessly with minimal disruption. Lovely windows and doors, make no mistake about that. For your sanity though do NOT have this firm for eg a conservatory. The errors were terrible, including damage by the builders and several large leaks due to incorrect building work. At no point was any apology offered and they ignored all but one of my complaint emails (the one they answered was to tell me i was in the wrong for complaining about their work). The builder walked off the job and we had to pay someone else to finish off the repair work. This firm is headed by a person who is charm personified and about as genuine as a £10 gucci handbag from a street vendor. That said, again their actual windows and doors are great.

Tailormade recently did my extension/orangery, Ian and his team were absolutely first class.From Ian first coming to see us, to competition of the job they were excellent.His team were nice polite, hard working and everything was done to a very high standard. We used Tailormade for a large extension, new windows on the back of the house and monocouche. Amazing job done by Ian and the team. All work was completed to the highest standard and all within the given time frames. Ian communicated throughout and let us know what was happening at each stage of the project. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for specific details to be completed in a particular way. We will definitely be using Tailormade again.

We wanted our bay window converting to patio doors. From initial consultation to completion the process was smooth. We were initially given a really good quote on price. However, we wanted a more bespoke installation, in keeping with our period home, so we had to pay more for what we wanted.Making the doors did not take too long.On the day of installation the men worked very hard to get the doors in, and secure in one day. Then they tidied up after themselves. Plasterer and joiner then made return visits to make good, filling in holes and refitting skirting board.I love my new patio doors.
