Maybe food is good, but they should PAY THE PEOPLE WORK FOR THEM ON TIME AND DON'T PLAY STUPID GAME....

If I could give this venue 10 stars I would! Upstairs is comfortable and spacious, with a nice big bar and good sound system. Downstairs is a huge room also with good sound and seating along the edges. Definitely recommend.

Quite possibly the worst venue I have ever attended! The most rude and incompetent staff I have ever experienced. The venue was by no means busy and it took 50 minutes to get served 2 drinks... I dread to think what the service would be like if the venue was at capacity. The staff were working at a snails pace and clearly didn't want to be there, rolling their eyes at customers and speaking to people with the worst attitude. I was completely shocked by the blatant rudeness of staff. This venue is extremely poorly managed. If you are considering hiring this venue (particularly for a corporate event) I would seriously reconsider as the way they treat their customers is completely unacceptable. Would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID!

Friendly staff, nice sandwich, good Gin & Tonic - what more can you ask for!Only popped in for a short time pre-cinema but would definitely return. The prices (especially considering the area) of the food & drink were quite good. Would be worth returning in an evening to see how the atmosphere / vibe changed.

tourist trap and con job overcharged a service charge for ordering a bar sandwich and tea ... arrogant and I am too hip to wait on you attitude displayed by many of the staff .. no real training. manners or politeness let alone respect .. just avoid. the place is simply trying to rip off unsuspecting tourists and out-of-towners...
