I have worked with Elise very closely on a sale over the last few months and she has been nothing but an absolute angel! She is so helpful and does a lot to ensure the job gets done! If every estate agent was as good as Elise, a lot more houses would be sold! 10/10 recommend!

We recently bought our new home through this branch. Elise was amazing from start to finish. We had the extra difficulties of moving over 200 miles from our previous home and without the excellent Elise this would have been a lot more problematic and stressful than it already was. Would highly recommend.

The staff are rude. We rented property through Richard Watkinson some years ago and the landlady was incredibly difficult. I would avoid renting through them if you can but if you can't just be prepared to have a bad experience.

Great team at the start, friendly and supported with viewing at short notice. Agent was friendly and helpful.Unfortunately, another agent telephoned with an update and was very rude and unprofessional.Queried politely and in all innocence what and why details had been shared with the vendor when I was specifically told it wouldn't be (felt had been mislead about what was and wasn't being asked for by the vendor) was told I've been doing this for 30 years and that's the way it is
