Hi Richard (TCF Roofing)I have seen I have had reaction following my review that I have posted below. Considering that I have tried calling and emailing you on numerous occasions without a reply.It is quite eye opening to notice that you have had only 3 reviews over the past 2 years that speaks volumes.I also have pictures of the finish work you carried quite a few pictures and those pictures speaks volumes as I have also sent those pictures to you.Regarding me contacting your family member I had no alternative as you was not responding or replying to any of my phone calls or emails.And you had move address and did not provide correspondence address.As stated previously you had given me 15 years hand written guarantee which I still have in my possession.Only to be in a situation when the first sign of rain came my roof was leaking into my home.I think I have made my point very clear NOWONCE AGAIN.Please find below email wording sent to TCF Roofing over a year ago and I have continue to contact Richard (TCF Roofing) via email and telephone and getting no response.I am getting up every morning with birds swimming on the flat roof which he so called repaired.All I am requesting is that the work is to be carried out on professional and proper standards hopefully TCF Roofing will eventually do the right and arrange to answer my emails and telephone calls and arrange to do the work properly.Dear Richard,Please find attached various pictures and video email to you of the leaks and roof system failure there is also pictures of ice forming on the roof which Danny remove off the roof following the work you carried out on 24th November. As you can appreciate, I am awaiting an appointment in January when the work can be completed properly as you had stated the work carried out by your company will be guarantee for 15 years. I have had your colleague Danny visiting my home on SIX different occasions to try to stop the leaks which has damage my ceiling and lightings.Can you confirm a date when the remedial work will be carried out in January 2022

The job was done in 2019 (Cornwall). In 2022 I called Richard to let him know that the fibreglass was thin and osb visible, he told me he was having a knee reconstruction in London and would not be able to help and advised me on paint to use to cover up (i knew then i was up the creek). All in all it was a poor job and has only lasted 3years as the fibreglass has bubbled and delaminated in places also. Im now getting quotes to get it fixed. Avoid if possible using TCF. Now moved out of cornwall, probably for obvious reasons.
