Really Bad Customer Service - Stood in an ever growing Queue while one staff lady struggled to arrange a delivery for another customer. Although there were other staff no one jumped on another till to serve the queue while the issue was sorted. after 20 minutes I walked out as it looked like I could end up sleeping there. Argos this is why you are failing!

BEWARE THIS IN-SAINSBURYS STORE SUFFERS AN INFESTATION OF SEAGULLS. THEY LAND AND SCRATCH YOUR CAR'S ROOF BADLY. IF YOU HAVE A NICE MOTOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE IT'S CLEAR NOTING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THEM, THIS WHOLE COMPLEX IS OVERRUN WITH THESE DISGUSTING ANIMALS!!

Shocking service! I ordered a microwave online. Received a text, saying to pop into the branch in Worle to collect it. I was kept waiting for over ten minutes. I was then told, that they didn't have it in stock! Complete waste of time

The customer service here is awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would.I bought a pair of airpods from a different Argos on 16th June. The left airpod had a hardware problem so didn’t work.I went into this Argos on 24th June explaining my issue and asked for a replacement. I had a photo of my receipt on my phone.The staff immediately assumed that I was trying to give back fake airpods in exchange for new ones. They told me that because the serial numbers on the AirPods and AirPods charging case didn’t match they were fake. Also they claimed that the airpods didn’t fit correctly in the case.I was shocked and asked could I please still have a replacement as I bought them from an Argos and they were in a sealed box.The staff would not help me at all and then said they needed a physical receipt to get a replacement (since looking online Argos do not require a physical receipt, even just a bank statement is acceptable)I asked what I should do and they said I had to return the AirPods to the Argos store I bought them from. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to visit this store within the 30 day return period. I was then told that I could return them after this and still get a replacement (since looking online at Argos I can see this is incorrect so I would have lost my chance to return )Thankfully, I went to the apple store at cribbs causeway and they told me that the serial numbers are always different and that the AirPods are real. They then replaced the faulty AirPod for no charge after I explained my experience with Argos.The staff here are ridiculously unhelpful , I have never seen customer service like this and to just completely make up reasons why the AirPods are fake is shocking to me.This experience has put me off using Argos again, I will definitely never visit this store again.

Like other reviewers I experienced terrible customer service at this Worle branch. Not recommend if you’re buying anything expensive that has a fault once you get it home. Rude, arrogant staff members. Avoid.

Went to the Argos in Sainsbury's to pickup an order paid for online and was treated poorly by the useless staff and ultimately left empty handed. Order cancelled and bought online instead, much easier. Don't waste your time with this useless company and useless staff

Shocking customer service. Selling inferior products & then refusing to refund. Go elsewhere if you want proper customer service because Argos haven't a clue. Only a matter of time before this dinosaur is extinct.
