Np flooring

Extremely disappointed by this company. Rang in the week to check out fitting options. Was told they supply carpets too. Checked website which said it's open. Couldn't find the address after our 30 min trip from Cardiff. Rang the number and was told they are not open Saturday, the guy on the phone laughed when U said that it was a wasted 1hr round trip for us. No apology given. In the end glad they weren't open to give us poor service to match the poor professionalism.
