Good, quality, consistent logs. Burn well and light quickly in our log burner. We order the nets and have never had a problem. The delivery is always spot and the drivers are friendly and helpful. Great company!

I ordered kiln-dried logs from Bristol Firewood, based in Brislington, and had an excellent experience. The logs were good and dry, perfectly sized and burned efficiently. Their delivery service to my home in Knowle was punctual, and the pricing was very reasonable. Conveniently, I was able to order smokeless coal and firelighters at the same time!What stood out was the exceptional customer service. The driver was not only friendly but also went above and beyond, kindly offering to carry the logs through my house and store them away. Who wouldn't use Bristol Firewood for their logs and kindling? Their delivery times are fast. They always arrive at the arranged time.. The kiln dried logs burn beautifully and the kindling is top notch.Excellent product, excellent service.

A great service from ordering right through to delivery. Competitive prices with free delivery seven days a week where you can choose a slot, and regular offers for free bags of wood/kindling. They deliver in small vans so I don’t have to worry about access issues that I have with other companies. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

I've ordered four times from Bristol Firewood and they are great! Can organise a convenient drop off time and the delivery people help you carry it in, which was a godsend when I had a trapped nerve! The net sizes are good and the wood burns really well and we are still using stuff we bought over a year ago. I also really like that they have loyalty points and they send good offers by email too. I have used Bristol Firewood a couple of times. The service is excellent and the oak/ash mix supplied for wood burner is well dried and burns very well. The delivery drivers are helpful and polite …..and overall the pricing is good especially for larger quantities with free bags. I would highly recommend this establishment

good price although much higher than last year.We had a delivery issue where the pallet fell off the truck and went all over the road. Problems do happen but good companies are differentiated form the poor ones by the way that issues are handled - after a couple of emails an appropriate amount of compensation was agreed, so all good in the end and I would recommend.

Efficient, courteous and reliable service. As a disabled person, unable to carry and stack logs, I find the service second to none. Deliveries are carried through my terraced cottage and stacked exactly where I want them, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the nets are easy to handle. Great firewood too!

We’ve used Bristol Firewood for our autumn/winter supplies for years. The premium oak/ash nets are great quality with a long burn time. Delivery always hassle free, too.
