Excellent interim service and MOT done by midday.Paid and was given 12 months of RAC breakdown cover. I will be back next year.

The booking process was easy, on arrival at the garage the staff were friendly and efficient. They kept me informed about my car and when I collected it they were very friendly and efficient. Great, friendly service.

Following from breakdown we taken to Thurlow Nunn - Holt. Although our breakdown company arranged to have us taken there the did not initially inform the garage. We were on our way to a wedding, the team at Thurlow Nunn were brilliant. They had a quick check of the vehicle and due to the late time where unable to repair on a Friday night. They immediately moved things around to get us a courtesy car to enable to get on way to wedding and continue our holiday. They worked on the car on the Monday and Tuesday to get the parts needed. They kept in touch throughout and the car was ready for collection on the Wednesday morning. A very professional customer service operation. We have no problem recommending them to anyone.
