Absolutely fantastic service from everyone there involved in making things correct on my Van. They went above & behond to rectify a bad experience with another company who done a really bad job on everything they installed.A big Thank you to Arno for helping out & making it happen.The whole team are so professional, accurate, understanding & knowledgeable would recommend to anyone.10/10

We booked an installation with Locks 4 Vans on the 3rd of march to be completed on the 14th of march. We arranged this on behalf of a customer who had just bought a van from us.By dinner time on the 14th there was no sign of an engineer so I called to get confirmation of an arrival time. By 1400hrs we still had heard nothing back so I called again to be told they had tried but couldn't reach the engineer. 30 minutes later we received a call from L4V claiming there had been a mix up and the engineer thought it was the next day. I then called our customer to make arrangements for the job to be completed the next.At 1630hrs on the 14th we received another call from L4V to say the engineer could now not do the job till the 29th. To save the risk of further damage to our reputation we decided to cancel the job and arrange through a new supplier.On the 15th of march we requested a refund. 2 weeks after the request we are yet to receive a refund despite numerous phone calls and emails, if your skint just say and you can pay us back weekly.

Have dealt with Locks 4 Vans for several years and have always found them to be really helpful. The staff are really knowledgeable about the products and go over & above to assist. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - Great product & fantastic service!

Locks are excellent. Don't buy from here. Got my locks fitted by an independent dealer who use the locks. I had 2 hook locks and slam lock fitted almost 3 years ago and it cost around £500. Today I asked for a quote if they could fit a slam lock and armour plate with handle. £825 without it getting fitted.So the locks have a 3 year warranty. That's really good. However if you have a problem they will replace the lock but will charge you £8 for the pin lock and £80 + vat for fitting. Sounds crazy to me to think that if the lock is faulty then you would think they would pick up the bill under there warranty!!

Amazing company, Stuart was so helpful from beginning to end. Emily is also an absolute asset to this business. Engineer was a lovely guy to. Whole process was really simple they took care of everything. I would so use them again and certainly will be.

I’ve been buying Locks 4 Vans products a number of years. As I deal with lots of other’s businesses I can honestly say their customer service is second to none and I highly recommend the high quality security products they make.

I was introduced to Locks4Vans via another company. I reached out to Liv with my enquiry and never heard a thing. Consequently went with another firm who were great in terms of communications and have done a great job on fitting the locks too.

I ordered replacement keys for my dead locks in the afternoon.I spoke with a pleasant lady, paid over the phone and my keys arrived next morning at 11am via DPD.

New keys arrived in 2 days. Keys work perfectly. Thanks
