I've done three EFT sessions with Stella so far, and for someone that was a bit hesitant to any type of therapy, I can honestly say I'm already feeling the benefits. Stella has a wonderful calming presence and intuitive nature. I felt most comfortable with her in opening up about my healing journey.During the EFT sessions I was given some options about what routes I would like to explore. I have certainly received some lightbulb moments during this time. Helping me to see how parts of my life journey link together I have found to be most interesting. This has given me many realisations that have assisted the process of deeper healing and movement forwards.I have found my sessions to be powerful especially when I repeat the words back from Stella. I have felt lighter after each one and can notice a big difference in the way I feel.I would highly recommend Stella you will not be disappointed as she puts her heart soul into what she does. Tried EFT with Stella for the first time, and felt so much during our session, as well as a feeling of lightness in my body after the session. During the session we covered topics that were difficult and ran quite deep from childhood as well. I didn't expect to cover so much ground in one session but really felt good in my body following the session. Stella is a great listener and coach, she's definitely one to trust with sensitive topics!

I would totally recommend Stella for EFT. I saw her for a session about my anxiety about an upcoming dental appointment - fear about being hurt, not being in control, quite overwhelming. What came up very quickly as we started working was fears I had had as a 6 year old (I am now 60!) going for surgery - the same fears of loss of control, fear of being hurt. Stella guided me and supported me to release that original fear. I went to the dentist a few days later, no problems at all!

As a 47 year old man, with no history of mental health struggles, I found myself a bit surprised to be needing help following panic attacks/stress/anxiety.I found the pathway sessions with Stella extremely helpful and am very happy that i looked for and found her help. I had the pleasure of experiencing some sessions with Stella to support with clearing some emotions ahead of completing my EFT practitioner training. Stella is a wonderfully kind, compassionate and generous person. Stella supported me to explore some deeply buried emotions, leaving me feeling much lighter and at peace.
