Wish I could give 0 stars. Paid £2.5K for windows and doors. Within 2 months front door locks are catching. My wife rang up and was told not their fault it is ours we are not closing the door properly. Never heard anything so pathetic in my life.Took the cash and gave no receipt or warranty for their work.Do not touch this company dodgy, dodgy and takes no responsibility. Did not even offer to come and take a look at it.

Poor windows, air comes through them, windows not fitted properly too and the outside frames not fitted correctly. Also all the window handles broke just under a year and the composite doors not even closing which all needs fixing. I tried contacting you guys for so long and you guys are like it’s not my fault acting like the windows and doors don’t have guarantee which I paid around £5000

The gentleman called Mike fitted windows did not disappoint either with a very high standard of workmanship, polite, tidy and removing all their waste.
