IMO Car Wash

I live on a tree lined street so are any given time my car is covered in leaves, sap or the offerings of the local birds! This is a good semi-automated car wash that allows a quick and easy way to keep your car clean enough. Haven’t used the valet or additional options. The attendants are always polite and efficient and I repeatedly use this car wash, which nicely doubles of 5 mins of entertainment for the toddler!

Love the team at my local IMO. Never fail to let me down, car always comes through as clean when finished.Service always top notch.I have used their valeting service previously too and they really do a great job. (Pet hair)Fully recommend!

Sorry to say not a fan. The car was not dry on completion of wash. Consequently the car dried streaky. That said, it is a good wash for for the price, shame about the poor drying.

Took my car for a mini valet. The staff were very helpful. Called back for it in an hour.....spotlessly clean inside and out. Would definitely recommend.

I'm impressed an attended car wash with automation. The workers had protective clothing, not like these trafficked companies where the workers can only afford trainers. I won't use any service where workers' health & safety is put below profit.For the price of a fully automated system I got pressure wash and wheel pre-soak.I did see a photo of a broken mirror 4 months ago, but robots aren't perfect and they've been removing wipers and mirrors for 50 years. You're a fool if you think it still doesn't happen and it's a chance you take. Hand wash services are available & I suppose IMO is insured and will help repair so you're safe!Thanks for the good work guys!

Cleaned some of the dirt off my car but very expensive seeing as it wasn't actually fully clean when I came out.Upon contacting customer services with some photos, I was given a voucher for the car to be rewashed, which I will use, but I won't be paying for another wash here.You can't assume your car is clean when coming out, which you should be able to do. Make sure you're checking before driving away.

£10 service and I might aswell not of bothered, the pictures speak for themselves

If I could give 0 stars I would! Took my brand new car for a wash today and the wing mirror cover was ripped off during the procedure and snapped the fittings! We approached the staff to let them know and we were told it was basically our fault! Will not be using again. Not safe at all

Hadn't used for a while but gave the a treat and had the full works done. Couldn't believe how expensive it is...so might not go back again. Only used it as car was a mess. Guys are friendly who work there.
