Hi I had been enquirying about a rented property, which my partner and I had seen, we required for the whole family including the dog and was told no animals in this park side property.My conversation continued with the rep, her asking question about our pet and I was under the impression they had negotiated with the landlord, until I had thought I had arranged a viewing and the property in mention at 11am today I turned up waiting 15mins then called her to find she had snr even left the office and that she has booked a viewing at another property I hadn't even been given the opportunity to view online?All I received was confirmation 24 hours before in the appointment, and me presuming that she had messed up the address as it had another address on?I'm super sceptical about dealing with rental reps at estate agency's in a preston as I've always found the quality of service really bad and was hoping Garside waddingham would of been better.
