Full Service and MOT - (Audi A3) 61. Have been to a number of garages last couple of years and struggled to find one that really gives a *hit...Found Premier Group via google - Jo was excellent, communication superb, all done and dusted earlier than expected and the collections/drop off team were great ambassadors for the business too.Detailed invoice so you have clarirty on whats been done (compared to previous this is essential). Heading there next year now I feel. Thanks All!

Had my engine rebuilt at a cost of £2709 and needed my oil & filter changing after 500 miles, I was quoted £145 yes £145 just for an oil & filter change when everywhere else was about £85-£90 (surely this should have been included in the price i paid)!! , so obviously I took it elsewhere..I really think you need to look at your pricing structure!!

Receptionist Joe has got no manners doesn't know how to speak to people. I got passed over by my insurance and thought they seemed like the best choice but after my initial interaction, I would never have this place work on my vehicle its to bad cuase I'm sure they would've done a great job

My insurance sent me to the Premier Group to get my repairs done on my car and I am so glad they did - everyone was so lovely and my car has come back good as new!They cleaned it and dropped it back off at home for me which was a lovely surprise!I have never seen the car look so lovely - thank you so much :)My MOT is due in about 1.5 months so I will be coming back :)

did a really goodjob on my car where my front bumper was cracked, few dents and paint work was chipped and they made it look brand new in 3 days whilst i was on holiday so it worked out perfect! Good prices too compared to so many other places round cannock/walsall

My car was to be ready Friday, as it was ready earlier I didn’t have the funds and they rang me on the day demanding their courtesy car back and the funds early due to not having them as I was only told last week for this Friday they’ve left me with no vehicle meaning I cannot attend very important hospital appointments which LITERALLY puts my life on the line. They showed no care in the world as long as they had their car back.

2nd time I've had work done here and cannot recommend the place enough, first had range rover bumper done after bump which was excellent then has a problem with ducati rear mudguard that took the paint off rear wheel. Took it to premier who resprayed both wheel gold and carried out new front and rear sprockets and chain. Absolute attention to detail with these guys, superb job and highly recommend for car and motorbike repairs. Will 100% use in the future.
