I ordered an NCE digital controller from this dealer explained that it might be some time before I could pick it up, only to find that when I visited to complete the purchase it that it had been sold to someone else. I wouldn't care but they had my phone number. Needless to say I won't be dealing with them again. Incidentally I bought my digital controller from Arcadia Models and that included discount.

Bought a track pen on eBay from them. Absolutely rubbish and didn't work. Tried to send back for a refund where at first I was offered a partial refund! eBay got involved, seller had the item back but dragged heels on giving me my money back. Never again will I use this model shop. Be warned. Very unhelpful

There aren't really any big signs for the shop outside. You go into a hardware store then head towards the back left and through a doorway then up some stairs and there you are. There's a wide range of stock although no Peco track.The staff were friendly and helpful, and when I have a better idea of what I actually want, I will go back! There was plenty to look at, including a couple of nice layouts.Worth the effort, if slightly off the beaten track! It's useful having a hardware store downstairs too, for buying tools and the like!
