Classic Dry Cleaners

Absolutely abysmal cleaners. They have completely destroyed one of nicer and newer trousers. Only noticed it now, months after I did a bulk clean of all my suits towards the tail end of covid. Button went missing and large tear through the fabric. They also tend to iron shirts at too high a temperature, leaving deformities especially around the collar. Won't be returning and I certainly would not recommend.

I've always had a pleasant straight-forward customer service experience here. Multiple packages returned smoothly and promptly via Evri, and a couple of items dry cleaned very well and promptly. Appreciate the drycleaning pickup readiness text message as well.

Brought 3 suit jackets for cleaning and they were very quick, excellent service and cleaning!

A really bad job done. Gave them a cream suit to remove mud stains and got it back a week later, faded mud stains were present on all items that I received back. They claimed that they didn't want to fade the material of the suit, but I also gave them a white H&M shirt and this was returned with stains. I took this suit to a different dry cleaner in Barnehurst and they managed to get all the stains out with little trouble, further stressing that the quality of this dry cleaners was poor and their excuses were invalid. According to other reviews they may be good for parcel collection but I wouldn't recommend them if you need a professional dry cleaning service.

I used them to drop my Evir parcels and always provide great service. A lot of customers come, also due to the dry cleaning service. I have used myself and no problems. Situated beside Tesco.

Great manager and usually return my Amazon parcels with them. Had no issues to date. Also did my key copy and used them for drying cleaning before. No issues. Thank you

Brought in 2 dresses for alteration. Lady I saw was so helpful and friendly. She put herself out for me and when I explained i needed it doing ASAP she promised they were ready for the next day. Good value for money. Alterations were exactly what I wanted and very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Took my jacket to replace the zip. The lady replaced the grip of the zip only, in the moment, only charged me £10 and I was impressed by the fix. I got home, try it on and strait away, the zip splits, so I brought it back next day for them to have a look at it and replace the whole zip. A couple day later I come back, they want to charge me full price to get the zip replaced, even though I could have come and ask for a refund because their fix" didn't work

Fab local dry cleaners. Did an excellent job on my suit and they are very helpful if you need to return something via Evri. The owner is always very friendly and helpful. Cheers Classic!
