I had the most wonderful experience at Ivory Grace. Emma was so lovely, reassuring and helpful and was so in tune with that I liked and didn't and what I was looking for. The whole experience was great from start to finish! Emma clearly has a wealth of experience and expertise and made the whole experience a real joy. I can't recommend Ivory Grace highly enough a must visit.

Before even stepping foot in Ivory Grace we had a wonderful experience from Emma. I had reached out via email to confirm whether or not they had Rosa Clara gowns, which ones they had and if they could order any specific samples for us to try.We received a helpful and informative response which was matched by the warm welcome we received from Emma in person when we visited. She even recommended a small nearby cafe where my fiancee and I could take turns at waiting whilst we tried on dresses!I immediately felt at ease with Emma, she listened closely to what I was looking for, then made some perfect dress recommendations that included a mixture of dresses I'd have chosen for myself, plus ones that I wouldn't have thought of for myself but that I really enjoyed trying on.Her advice was perfectly supportive and practical and I she kindly offered to take photos of me as I was trying on the dresses alone. When I had a some second thoughts about my initial dress choice she also kindly facilitated a second dress trying on session and helped me make that difficult final decision.In the end, Emma was able to help both my fiancee and I chose our perfect address, advise us on whether or not the dresses were complimentary (because we didn't want to see each other's dresses to the special day) and ensure that we received our dresses on time even though we working working to a very tight timeline. She also recommended an amazing local seamstress in Orkney who was a specialist in altering wedding dresses.Thank you for all of your help Emma :D

Girls girls girls!The best experience. Myself, my mam and my bridesmaid had been at a nearby bridal shop before our appointment here and what a difference in experience.Full of energy, knowledge & experience in their sector. The difference in OUR energy just from being here was so different to the first appointment elsewhere. Nothing was a bother, they were super honest and really took our different body types into consideration. We laughed, we drank Prosecco and just had a total blast.The dresses are super curated and all have a je ne sais quoi, perfect for the untraditional bride.I will be recommending them to all my friends!Thank you soooo much!
