I ordered a large teddy bear for my new puppy. It arrived quickly and just what I wanted. It’s very well made soft and cuddly am sure my puppy Mabel will have many hours of fun snuggling into her teddy

Lovely 3 set of candle holders but when delivered 2 are broken. How can I get a replacement. These are for a function that I am hosting in November.

I ordered their beautiful set of bulb propagation vases. They came quickly and well packed, ensuring the glass vases were in optimal condition. However my set had a small part missing, but they swiftly sent me a whole new set as a replacement!Great product and customer service- would highly recommend

I ordered a cushion which was listed with the Sophie Allport Coastal birds bedding range. Completely different colour when it came. Very disappointed in customer service as very much garnered to their views. Would not use this site again.

I felt they offered poor customer service unfortunately, after an item purchased online arrived and was not as advertised.Seemed to Blame the customer rather than acknowledge that there could have been a better way to describe the item.Would have not been economical to return and they refused to pay return postage despite a misleading listing on their part. I do not believe the listing was meant to be misleading in anyway but it unfortunately wasn’t clear and should have been dealt with appropriately. The response to the complaint was very disappointing though and I wouldn’t use this business again, or recommend based on that.

Absolutely lovely shop with such a nice Owner. Beautiful gifts for every occasion, saw so many delightful things , especially The Fairy House which had such intricate details.Certainly worth a Visit!

An amazing store, excellent staff and owners. Absolutely live the beautifully hand made toys and products. Such a brilliant store, i hope they have a most successful and loving year in such bad economy. Once you walk in you struggle to leave :)
