Very polite very clean . All staff are very kind . They Have time to talk and gives lots of advice.

I've given 4 stars purely because of how long it takes to get on a script, as that's about 6 weeks wait. You really have to be ready to make a change in your life. The staff though are lovely and caring. They look at you and speak to you like you're a normal person which a lot of us haven't had for a long time. Once you have a key worker they are always there for you to talk to if you're having a bit of a hard time. As great as Cranston is, like I said earlier they still can't do it for you, but if you work with them you can get so much out of it. So Thankyou cranstoun.UpdatedI now give 5 stars as have been with them for a while. They have been nothing but great and definitely deserve a five star rating.

The staff are ok it's just the service it's self seems a let down.

Good place for advice if your in that place and nobody you feel can help they helped me over 10yrs ago really would recommend if you are in that place and you know when your there and you want that way out ask the team here really would recommend a call.

My first call with the service went really well and the lady was kind and helpful. After some weeks I was assigned a case worker and a scheduled phone call. The woman I spoke to was very unkind and I felt as though I was in the wrong by thinking I might get some help. I'd been trying really hard with alcohol and managed 3 days without which I told the lady on the phone. She said 'right so you've not used quell like we suggested and not gone to any AA meetings like we suggested so tell me what it is you want from us because you aren't going to suffer withdrawal symptoms if you've gone 3 days without a drink and you're not feeling physically unwell' I was really upset and I didnt know what to say...which lead to a very long awkward silence. I felt myself starting to cry so I said I'd need to hang up because I was very upset. I recieved a letter 2 days later saying I'd been discharged. This service was recommended to me by professionals who thought I needed help. But it seems you have to be drinking 24/7 to get the help.I think this approach is very reactive rather than proactive. And that there should be services available to help the people who aren't perhaps drinking all day every day, but help and support is needed to stop the addiction worsening. I also expected the person on the phone to be kinder, and was really taken aback by being made to feel as though I was wasting her time.So my experience was sadly pretty poor.
