This shop was the absolute worst I took my iPhone 11 in to get the front and back screens repaired not only did it take longer than they said but in the process they cracked the casing around my phone and broke the face id. They only told me after they fixed my phone that they didn’t have my colour back screen in store so they replaced it with a different colour which then broke the next day and the front screen wasn’t put on properly so it now keeps popping out and making my phone glitch like mad. I took it to on-site in shenfield and they told me I was better off getting a new phone as it was that broken. Giving them a one star is far to nice as the cost and damage to my phone was horrendous!

Probably one of the worst mobile repair shops around and criminal, beware!My girlfriend brought her mobile into this shop for a front screen and glass replacement. Her phone was working perfectly well for weeks apart from some cosmetic damage to the front and back, however after receiving the phone back the phone is now in a constant boot loop. The shop claimed they had fixed the damage they caused to the mobile 4 times, and even after arguing with me claiming they have checked the issue and resolved it, the phone is still broken.I know my way around mobile phone repairs, sadly I wasn't able to do this one but after finally receiving a refund because they've bricked her mobile and it's completely unusable now I decided to take the phone apart and inspect their work"

My Note 10+ screen was cracked. First time I'd ever damaged a screen on a phone. Called them up and they gave me a price over the phone and said to bring it in and it would take about an hour. I left it with them and came back in about an hour but it wasn't done as they kept getting new and returning customers so got a bit swamped. They finally finished my phone in about 90 minutes but that was fine as it's as good as new. The price was better than any others and they had the screen in stock too unlike others. I also bought a screen cover from them that they fitted better than I could. Very friendly and polite gents there. Just expect to wait a little longer than they might tell you as they could get busy but overall I'm very satisfied.

AVOID!! Repaired my Pixel 6 screen for £135 and 5 days later it suddenly stopped working although phone hadn't been used.They are trying to claim the screen has been damaged since being repaired when the phone has not been used!!I will be contacting Trading Standards and Brentwood Council

I can’t recommend this shop much. My son’s phone got water damaged on holidays. Apple refused to help. They not only managed to fix it but replace the back as well with good price. Highly recommended.

I went to this shop to repair my phone .this is the only shop I would recommend to everyone. The guys are so friendly and I’ve never had an issue.if there any problem with your phone I would definitely tell you to go there .thank you so much love this shop and service

Amazing service,booked for iPhone 13 Pro Max screen repair and battery replacement fixed within 2 hours easy process and very good service in store and over the phone .fully recommend for phone service.
