Lovely staff.However; gel nails started peeling off and chipping after 1 week. Never had this problem with gels from other places.Not worth the money for a gel manicure for a week

Really happy with my nails. The salon was neat and tidy the staff were really friendly the atmosphere was lovely Tanya really made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with her work. Will be back soon

Went to beauty box again, this time for a full back & neck massage with my partner. We both thoroughly enjoyed every minute, the salon is immaculate & staff are so friendly. Chanya clearly runs a fantastic salon & it shines through!

Ying did my 10 year old daughter's nails beautifully (just how she wanted them!) and made her feel very special! Lovely, talented lady.Highly recommend!!Thank you!

Staff were absolutely lovely I cannot fault them but unfortunately the nail art didn’t meet standards. I asked for a French tip and a heart the heart was drawn upside down and the French tips were uneven and messy. I felt so so awful and tried to tell the nail tech but she was so lovely and I felt bad ! I seriously cannot fault the people they were all so lovely but I’m very disappointed with the nail art and potentially I might’ve had a trainee but I wasn’t made aware. I also got a gel pedicure and I didn’t have my feet soaked, any buffing of the foot it was solely just gel placed on my foot, I did also ask for my toe nails to be shaped square and they werent, I want to emphasise that the people were lovely but the gel wasn’t great

Terrible acrylic nails. I booked my girlfriend in to have her nails done for holiday. I was quoted £45 when I booked her in via the receptionist and was told that I would be receiving an email to confirm her attendance. However, on the email we were told it was to cost £82? We then went into the saloon again and was told that the cost varies and that it is likely to cost £50/£55. I don’t understand why there is no confirmed cost before the appointment? She then got her nails done on a Wednesday costing £52 and she was over the moon with them. Two days later, one of her nail fell off, which is completely unheard of. We then went into the saloon to get the nail re-glued on the Monday and we were told that they were fully booked and unable to help. My girlfriend was so upset as these nails were done for our holiday and cost more than average. We then had to quickly go to another nail saloon in Cogan where a beautician informed us that all the nails were not done correctly and that all of them were weak and likely to fall off promptly. My girlfriend then sent a direct email outlining the issues to Beauty Box, however, it seems as if the saloon has completely ignored her and have offered no service to rectify the issue. We are currently on holiday and a further two nails have fallen off and one cracked. She is utterly devastated and we have resorted to super glue to resolve the issue. The fact that no one has gotten back to her offering some form of resolve is utterly terrible. I would honestly avoid this place if you were to get acrylic nails and look towards the nail saloon in Cogan who were amazing in fitting her in and getting her nail repaired in time for holiday.

Another day… another lovely nails from the Beauty Box. I know it’s not Christmas yet… but two fancy events this weekend so matching perfectly my dresses. Thank you!

The best beauty shop in Cardiff. Chanya is a lovely therapist, she welcomed me in like one of her own family. Ana is a nice beautician who made me feel very comfortable. The shop is clean and the receptionist was very friendly with me and I will be returning very soon.
