Made an order online for collection. Got an email confirming the order but never one to say it was ready for collection so I had to call to ask. It was ready so I said I was on the way to collect it, turned up 5 minutes before close (would've taken me 20 seconds to get the item and leave) to find they'd already shut. Emailed for a refund which they did (as they had to) but got no response when I told them about the terrible customer service leading to me cancelling the order. Will not be giving them any more business.

Fantastic local service, staff very approachable and friendly lots of help offered with sizing. It's a shame this will be my child's last time usi g this service as St Thomas Moore don't seem to use they local facilities to help make school uniform shopping easier and not as far to travel

I would definitely recommend logos unlimited, the prices are better than other printing company that I looked at, the t-shirts was great quality and my son and his friends loved them and was totally surprised! Very fast turn around. Lovely staff and was so polite.

Great quality and the staff was so helpful, always kept me informed on what was going on and how long they was going to take. They are the best in the business. Whilst I myself indeed did not visit your shop, I assure you that my WIFE did and I'm free to review based on our shared experience. I can also assure readers that we did indeed purchase some of your poor quality uniform items. I can FURTHER assure readers that after leaving a negative review, within my rights as a consumer, you threatened legal action, got the police to my door (who agreed with us that you were being threatening). All of which is backed up (I kept screenshots and receipts), if you want to continue to deny that's on you I'm long done with this and no wish to continue this any further however don't try to paint me as a liar.

First class service and extremely fast and efficient. Whether you require workwear, school uniforms, or T-shirts for stag and hen do's, these are the people to use without a doubt.
